Boy Attacked for Racist Comment may be Charged

A boy of 10 who acted in a racist manner toward a Slovakian woman, who subsequently attacked him with an iron bar may face racism charges. The boy had thrown a battery at the woman and told her to 'go back to her own country'.

Race relations at the boys school have reached such a poor state that 4 Police patrol the gates every day. 1 week after the alleged assault of the boy, 2 girls were arrested for throwing stones and abusing a Slovakian man.

About a third of children in the school are said to be Slovakian. It has been reported that parents are already pulling children from the school saying; "Our kids are being threatened with having their throats slit".
